What 2 factors I can use to propel my resume to a professional level status?

I’m looking for ideas on how I can update my resume to make me more marketable for higher paying upper level job opportunities.

Anne, I have used a bunch of different resume services with lukewarm results. I found jenny@jobjenny.com and have used her exclusively to help me build my resume, 3 times. Full disclosure, she was a former business associate of mine, that started this business on her own. I have recommended her to a bunch of people, and they always come back very happy. She is very customer service oriented and helps you every step of the way. She also is on top of the latest trends in the "resume building industry".

Depending on the type of work you're looking for, highlight project management experience and leadership experience. Almost any high paying job these days is looking for these skills.

Use real numbers to quantify your accomplishments. Example: "handled customer calls" vs. "handled 100 customer calls per day (on average)"
