it is best to encourage and know abt the circumstances surrounding such an individual. some woke up depressed, some faced family changes. etc it is best not to blame such an individual cos pple have different understanding abt life. when they are calm and ok, conversations can now be smooth. ask such a person what he thinks the problem was and find a positive way to encourage and help out in finding a solution to such
First i will try to talk to co worker and find out What is the reason that that person not happy Or maybe is facing a personal problem. First i will say im sorry also I will offer help. I will let that person know that im concern. That he or she can count with me . I will show them that I care . And i know that will help that person to feel Motivate that somebody care and is concern About his or her problem.
