It is a good company to work for if you want HVAC as a career. I only worked as a driver because I was trying to go to school, and then move on after I graduated. However, it took 6 months to get my 90 day raise and review. Every day was different, which is good if you don't like routine (Which I don't, so it was good for me) Over time, I got sick of working for a company with most of it's employees being felons, drug addicts, and alcoholics.(I prefer to work with better kinds of people) In the time I worked there, I was in 2 minor car accidents and in the 3rd I trashed a different business's sign. Back in Dec 2016 I got into a heated argument with another employee, which led to my letting go. (The Vehicle accidents and my mouth is what got me in trouble) Don't get me wrong, it's a good company, but you're not gonna go anywhere if it's just a paycheck to you, and it shows to them. Pros: -Learning about HVAC if you don't know it already. -Dynamic work Cons: -BS pay -Working with shady people -Poor management
