1. its a community where you can surface work related questions or concerns and get help -- getting a new job, asking for a raise, figuring out if you are making enough, etc;
2. its a place where you can keep your resume, profile and praises from coworkers and customers so that you take your information with you. this is really important when you move from job to job cuz the old way was to leave reviews hidden - here employers can see great profile and praises and often reach out to you for a job even before you know its available (through case mail) and
3. its a hub where good info is curated for you. The jobs section includes Jobcase's clients but also indeed, Careerbuilder and Linkedin so that you can search all jobs in 1 place. The company reviews include Glassdoor and yelp so you can see what its like working in one place, etc. But mostly its the community where people go to get help and give help (connections, advice, info, etc.).
