What's holding me back I have felony on my record. I really want to get into the career field that I love which is technology once they do background check im rejected. I've done Quality control for 15 years when I apply for other jobs I'm over qualified

Calvin is holding me back I live in rapid City and there is way too many people coming here and I cannot work right now because I'm high risk even being vaccinated
