New to being fired for over 41 years

I wAs unjustly fired after filing AFMLA paperwork. I know now that my bosss was a crook. Should I reveal that to the attorney?

Yes you should. The company can't question FMLA. It's the law

Your employer should not terminate you if you are already on FMLA leave as long as you don't go over 12 weeks of FMLA leave per year but the rules are different when you're filing and not yet approved. Do you live in an At-Will Employment state? it's your choice but don't waste your time and money pursing a legal case agains your previous employer. Move on!

If you're already working on a case, I would give your lawyer all the information you have so they have a better picture of things. Hope it works out!
