School or Work?
The most important thing to me is school. However in order to get the money to go to school I have to work 4-5 days a week because we are short staffed. Today I told my boss its getting hard to balance school and work and I need to cut back to 3 days a week. He said that wouldn't be happening until he "properly" trained the new employee that I had recently trained. This made me mad because I trained her the best I could with having my current position less than a month and only being trained one day for it. If my boss doesn't give me less hours what should I do?

Before you make a transition, try looking for a job position that would be more accommodating so that you can balance work and school. Identify what type of time you will need to be successful at school and identify the hours you are most productive. Apply for different types of position. But stay employed until you get this narrowed down. If you need more time your assignments, speak with your professor about your job and request an extension for your assignments.

That's a tough question. Have you tried seeing if any of your coworkers could cover a shift each week? Maybe someone else would like the extra hours.
First I want to commend you on putting school first, I suggest that you start looking for another job thats willing to work around your school schedule with less hours. Everthing will work out for you
