I still get email invitations for attend job fairs. hey ask that you register, bring copies of your resume and your smile to speak with Hiring Managers. It appears to me that it is an archaic way to collect resumes. When looking for a job, you want to get away from applying online but is this a successful way to find a job? It is disappointing to get dressed up after looking through rejection emails to drop your resume off and not hear anything? Any success stories on job fairs? To attend or not to attend....is the question.
