At first it was the benefits and the people that had seniority. They made it a great place to work then GM started with this two tier pay scale and the whole place went to hell. Not because of fellow employees but because of management. It became a read my mind type of place to work. If asked to go back im sure to turn them down because they don’t care about the people they only care about numbers and safety isn’t the number one priority that’s for sure.
