I agree with the fact ' " it's not just black American that's having problems finding a jobs . I hold a life license and a CDL but I'm limited to the type of work I can preform. I've been applying for jobs with the state of Arkansas but I seem to always fall short because I don't have a balachors degree yet I have spoken with people in some of the jobs I applied that only have a high school diploma.
