Hey Quentin, I would suggest looking into acting classes in your area. Getting as much practice in as you can will help you to grow. I would then find local theaters you can audition at to build your experience.

Hi Quentin: Good question! I think it comes down to giving yourself lots of training, going on tons of auditions, and acting in local plays, commercials, and anywhere else you find an opportunity. Exposure is key here!
