Ok so here is my tip on how to prep for this before you go in and it has always helped me. Ready? Ok! Take a blank piece of paper and fold it in half. Write the job you want on one side and it's description and then in the other column the words "My strengths." You can also write things on the job side such as the company's goals, what they do, etc...
Think about ALL the reasons why you are a great fit for this job and just an overall awesome candidate. List it under your strengths side. Then when you can't write anymore connect your strength to the job and see how many match up. When the interview comes around you will be set! You can say I am " " and will be a great asset to your company because....
Also remember there aren't really any "right" answers, it's more how you present yourself and if you can properly support what you are saying.
For example "I am an organizational guru..." then be prepared to back it up with a time you showed that!
I hope that helps Pamela! : )
