I think that people who have fought long and hard for our country and all.freedoms we take for granted should have opportunities that a lot of veterans didn't have a long time ago. Many that put their lives on the line go through a lot(homelessness, having to live with PTSD for being in life or death and having to put traumatic event on the back burner because other people's lives depended on them) and should have special priority when it comes to the work force and many other aspects of life. In the past decade or so, especially with things from ISIS to Alkida to Afghanistan, I feel we should appreciate them more. I don't like the fact that people are sent somewhere to die, but because of their sacrifices, we as Americans are safe.
