I love this story and can agree. I tell my children often how they will make more money if they go to college. I am like you with tons of experience but missing those credentials and want to make more because I know Im worth more. I learn quickly but its not enough.
You will soon find a job, I am sure.
Unfortunately, this is the opposite for me. I have the education but no experience. No one wants to hire me. I'm not sure what's wrong. I'm willing to do anything.
