If your drive-thru is 24-hours, and you have to make nearly a thousand units on the weekend, I know the pain. I've worked 14-hour shifts because customer flow was overbearing. Not only that, I get intoxicated customers at times, and sometimes, they'll admit to you they've been drinking/ smoking marijuana
As a previous head baker, the pay was great, but I was working 58-62 hours a week, and I only had one day off a week. After 13 months of this, I was so sick, I was bed-ridden for almost 2 weeks, and I had to teach myself how to walk again, and get therapy for the emotional and mental stress.
