There was a particular time where a associate was having a hard time trying to finish her task because of time management. So I told her just to ask for help. If we want to know how to work as a team we all have to do our part and work together. We can accomplish much more in a team environment than in a single standard situation. She learned the value of team effort and not only did she completed her goals but she helped others complete theirs.
