The job is not physical and i have bad back/ neck due to degenerative disk disease / herniations. The sitting too much can get painful but you can stand /stretch between calls which is nice. You get to help people with the knowledge of your training of subject matter its a fulfilling job that does require patience . It feels good to hear a member or provider say " Amy, you helped me so much thank you " , this is what makes it all worth while. Plus, you get paid for doing it , I just love it !!!
