Assist Tax Lawer at Heartland Group

SOS. NEED WORK.

Any job. I'm desperate. I'm in GA. I just moved here from CO. And wow culture shock no job shock. I feel like I'm stuck in a isolated hot jungle. Not knowing the native language. Anyways I'm willing to take a cashier job like 32 hours a week. I'm reliable have great work experience working with tax lawyers since I was 21.But now that kind of work is unheard of were I'm at. I've applied at every retail place within 15 miles of my house. Been here about a year living off my savings and only one job called me retail working graveyard. Which that would not work for me. But I should have took it. Because I'm almost broke and have never been in this horrible position before. I'll push carts bus tables something new would be great. I really don't want to flip cheese burgers but I'm thinking I have to. I'm 37 m. Am I just in a bad city? 30121 for non locals.? I'm getting that feeling that I don't fit in. NOT sure what to do. That's my life situation.sos Hire me.

There are many tax attorneys here in the US . I know that area is always trying to find good help. I dont know where you are searching but look again because that is such a high demand field.

Word of advice if you have a out of state license or ID change it and provide employer's with a local phone number when I moved to Atlanta from Chicago I was given that advice from a recruiter there most jobs seem to think people with out of state IDs won't stay long and end up moving back to their home state

You keep carrying on that you need a job and that you've applied and with no luck . Yet you mention that you did get a call but the hours didnt work for you . When you're unemployed and on the verge of bein broke , any shift or hours should be acceptable. Sometimes you have to sacrifice just to get your foot in the door .

I used to live in Cartersville. Luckily I was an experienced truck driver so I found a job pretty quick. Take what you can get until you can find what you want.

Opinion Pollist at Self Gary Richardson For Governor

Ozzy, Get on your computer and update your resume. You are on the Jobcase site so all you have to do is click on your profile and it takes you step-by-step on how to do a resume. It will even format it for you. After that create a cover letter that establishes your skillset and tailors it for your dream job or, what you hope to accomplish in your job search. You should have at least 3 resumes and use each one differently. There is professional for the more seasoned applicant, Basic just the skills and education and then the industrial and Hi-tech resume for manufacturing and resumes that involve IT and computers, In addition, they have templates for the health care industry. You know where your skills fit so pick one of these on google get it posted here and your possibilities will be endless. Also when you do get your first interview to be certain to followup with a personalized note or e-mail. Try to include something that you and the potential employer shared. Always make sure to contact that employer if you have not heard from them within two weeks. Lastly, flood the market with your resume and go to Job fairs and network with recruiters temp agencies. TYJ
