I made the biggest impact at my job by...
being the first woman that ever worked in this shop. I proved myself over and over again. I piece of scrap in over 6 years. I learned quickly and was greatly depended upon. The most valuable lesson that I learned while I was employed there, was being honest and hard working would get you know where.

Thank you for your post, Jeanetta. It's tough to be the first woman - at a job, on a sports team, in a branch of the military... so hard. Kudos to you for being true to yourself and paving the way for others. #somuchrespect
