Hi I am driving a taxi for lyft I did this for more than one year and gave a ride to more than 25 00 passenger few months a go lyft shut down my aap saying that they have a complaint about me that I turched some one inpropitely and they will investigate the matter and let me know what happened but they have not found any thing yet 4 days later they turned back my aap again and said I am good to go when ever I asked them about what happened and what was the outcome of the investigation they didn't answer my questions instead they gave me a run around in between i managed to descus my case with a attorney he explained me not to sign any documents or agree on any team and conditions with them and he advised me that I can sue them for sylandring my name Wich I am planning to do is there any way we could resolve this out side court when ever I asked them about what is going on they don't answer me back so need a peace of advice we're I go from there

Arbitration is an on option that works -- my wife used it in similar situation and Won. My advice is have your employer get a written statement from the customer who complained. If they can't get it -- then case is trash. Regards, W. Dorsey, retired IT Manageer
