Well its not like you two were married. The best friend might be a better fit for her and she for him! Maybe you dont have to talk to her but forgiveness and moving on go hand in hand. Tell why you won't talk to her if she doesn't know and tell her you just rather cut ties with her and she will stop soon enough!
