In this day and age it is very disturbing that discrimination can play such pivotal role in an organization. I cannot call it anything less than discrimination. I have been working in an office where my supervisor is white and I do almost everything in the office to get things going and they changed my job title and I was given an increase of approximately $1.5. There are other employees in the department who perform the similar function as I do and they are paid more that I and given some fabulous titles and I with 2 degrees have to perform the functions and being underpaid. I have been trying relentlessly to find gainful employment elsewhere but getting most of the responses for positions that I am not interested in. I don't know if I am doing something wrong but would love for some guidance which will be useful. Thanks.

How do you know that the other employees doing the same work as you get paid more? If you've spoken to them all about it, maybe you should sit down with your manager and explain your concerns.
Is all you people can do is moan and groan about somebody done me wrong song....... Suck it up buttercup....
