How do i handle miss treatment in the work place
I was hired at burger king in jasper. The shift manager who is now the Gm came to sit in on my interview and asked why are u hiring all these Black girls.. Soon as he got GM stat took all my hours I now have to call in everyday just to see if I'm working. Do I just quit an give up

That's blatant racial discrimination and you need to contact your local labor board and the EEOC immediately. That should NOT be tolerated in any work place.
