Hi everyone! Given Delta’s recent announcement to give back $1B to employees, I'm curious about how this move has positively changed your perception and feelings about the company?

Any company that gives back TO it's employee's no matter the amount or in what fashion is a good thing and should be applauded

Wow, that is awesome a company that really cares about their employees....
Makes me feel hopeful that big companies CAN be for-profit AND for-workers. Windfall bonuses for baggage handlers, ticket agents, flight attendants can make a world of difference. I hope other leaders are listening...GREAT JOB #Delta!
