Be informed about the company, show enthusiasm, and have a few questions prepared to ask the interviewer!

Here re my top 3:

1- Be Confident - in your skills, experience, and professionalism... but demonstrate enough humility to learn from your mistakes allow growth. 2- Be Well Informed - research the company and position. 3- Dress for Success - helps accentuate the body language.

Hi Sandra,

A couple of ways to stand out in a interview is to do research on the company and figure out how you can be an asset to the company. This is key to knowing how to shape your answers based on your work experience and skills on your resume. Also, be confident throughout the interview, even when you are given a challenging question. Remember employers want to see how you deal with different situations and your reaction. Be aware of facial expression you give during the interview and always make direct eye contact. Hope this helps!!!
