Interviewing during the pandemic is harder than anyone ever imagined. Keep your head high and keep going! I just landed my dream job and here are a few tips that really helped me:

1. Make a plan and record your efforts- I tracked every application, call and follow up and made notes in a spreadsheet on next actions to take
2. Take time to engage in conversations and social platforms online that will connect you to people in your field- Comment on interesting topics and post regularly
3. Mentally prepare before each interview to do your best- I like breathing exercises to calm and focus, morning affirmations and doing a tech check before every video call
