I solved a problem @ #PigglyWiggly when
Well when I started at Piggly Wiggly last year in September, everything went well. The manager and I got along great, until around March when I had to go out of town she did not believe it and she put me down to work only for 1 day which was Thursdays for 5 hours, she knew that it was not enough money for me to make, but I went on and worked what was given to me. She had me on that shift for about a month and a half, then she decided to put my hours up day by day,.. a month ago I found out I was expecting and I had to let Rachel know right away, she understood but still had me to front aisles and close at night like she had before saying quote, "well reaching to the shelf and mopping is not going to hurt the baby that early" Well we had an meeting in her office, because there was a Saturday I was supposed to work and I let the closing manager know that I may not can make it in because I was not feeling to well at all that same week but like I said before let me go home and get some rest, I can hopefully feel better by then and I will not have to miss work.. well when I called the store to let her know, she says that I called to late, and let the store manager Rachel know, in a meeting with the three of us I expressed to her that the closing at night, mopping the floor makes me feel more weak and lightheaded and could she just take me off night shift completely. She written me up for that Saturday claiming that it was an unexcused absence. Rachel told me quote, "I thought I punished you long enough, but now I feel like just putting you down to one day again starting next week. " .. I worked that shift of one day for about two weeks until I could not take it anymore, it was not enough money for me to make, with helping out at home and trying to save for my baby that's on the way so after I picked my last paycheck up, I left as an employee and only return as a customer.
