On feb 6th, i received an offer letter with starting date of march 13th pending background investigation. After 2 weeks of background investigation i was givin clear to start. I followed up with recruiter and she says unfortunately the position was filled! Major bank that is. Do i hire a labor lawyer, and file complaint, do i have a case? I was told they are still interviewing for more qualified Candidates. Even though i have 17 years experience in banking, and they gave me an offer letter...
