How long is your ideal work day?

I've been wondering what you all think... We all know that a standard full-time work day should last about 8 hours. But if you had the power to set your own hours for the day, how many hours would YOU work?

Would you get work a shorter day so you can get all your tasksdone quickly and move on to other things or would you spread your work out through the day so you can pace out your work and take more frequent breaks?

Either way, let me know below!

If I am considered full time, then I expect to work my full eight with an hour lunch. straight through.
Even if working from home. But then again that is just me and I am not trying to down anyone else.

I begin about 9am and continue working until 9-10pm usually 4 - 5 days per week. Have done this for years. Everyone should. I don't get why people think they should go home at 4-5pm if there is still work to do.
