You've been working that your company for three years, what most you do to qualify for any new position and what are the other positions that you may feel you qualify for? And what are the qualifications need to move up in the company?

I would suggest that you talk to your manager about what types of skills you might need to transition to another position and see if they'll point you int he right direction or give you some opportunities to train up in those skills. If you're looking to work within the same company, they should be willing to help you do that. You just have to ask!
