The last time a customer got angry with me was one of my stressful day at work.The customer returned product after four days and the company policy stipulated 72 hours . He was almost going to beat the cashier when l was called. I respectfully appealed to him to follow me to my office where l was apple to convince and pacify him. Customers are always right if we must continue in business as business people
