Why is it you do all you can to get a job such as summit your resume and take drug test and past and you have the mad skills to do the job and your resume is formal and formatted very well and the companies interview you in person your talk to them in a professional matter about your previous jobs and boom they don't realize you or recognize you and your background you just explain to them. They say oh I'm still looking at other job applications after I'm done with looking I'll decide who's proper fit for the job. Hmm . Ask me I think they are not looking right now or they just wasting a person's time and gas that goes in their cars to get them to the interview. Can anyone answer that question?
