What I loved working at #Concordnursinghome
Seeing the smiling faces when I did small things like hugs and showing I sincerely cared for then. Asking what they like to do and plan around this when possible according to their abilities.

I don’t know what state u live in but where I’m at if the state sees u hugging a patient they look for the company to discipline u. Me I love my patients I take care of them and I love to c them smile. The ones that can’t smile there eyes light up like a .light bulb. And I love it. I do give hugs, joke with them dance with them sing with them. When the state or management is around
