This days whatever job u have u have to keep no matter what. Dont matter if u have to do more then everyone else. As long the productin get out and managment is happy who cares! u want to go back to school to make a better living spend ur time and money trying to get a degree, nobody wants to hired u because u dont have expirience on the field. It takes good luck to find a good job that pays unless u have friends that acomodait u in a good job.I dont! Many peolpe feel trap because they want better oportunitys but they dont have the school neccesary or the expirience.Factorys dont want to give the rigth training because pruduction can't be stop but yet u can see all the wasted material and time from the ones that tell the people what to do.
