My brother you've got to go to the local high schools get these young kids and I'm in the cities that are in 10th or 11th grade to start with that job training part-time and then go in full-time. The only thing good about this company for me is is that if we took Stock out it in a hundred years ago .we might have made some money So I really can't help you unless you want to buy some pots and Indonesian ready good price or if you want to start manufacturing Parts in Indonesia and have them shipped to your boat yard. I can help you then
