The owner is very rude, on a daily basis, he would belittle you, and say you can be replaced multiple times a day. He also micro manages everything and everyone. Forget about asking for day off, because it will never happens, as you are required to work 50 hrs a week, please be on call at least once a month. If I was you, I would avoid this company at all cost. You are wasting your time, unless you like being told on a daily basis you can be replaced, having the owner yell at you for anything you do.
