why do some jobs give u a assessment test .when it has nothing to do with your job I applied for overnight stocker and had to take to a 20 test. passed the test for Lowes had interview didn't get the job I think because of hrs they open at 7am . I have a daughter who works close to the job I have but her hrs are 8 to 4 or 2 to close McDonald's. man so I figure I can come in at 9 am to 2 pm or work overnight or even come on at 5 to 10 I looking for part time job because I plan on going back to college. but why the test?
