Would your rather work 9-5 or a variety of days/shifts?
Some people like routines, some people like variety. Which do you prefer?
As a server, I'm tired of working weekend nights. I'd love a desk job

I like my M-F, 8-5. Keeps my weekend free for family and events
When I was younger the 9 to 5 was called the daily grind. It didn't bother me. Now that I am going to be 62 years old in a couple months, the 9 to 5 is stagnant in my life and I'm getting tired and burned out in my field which is very common. I give myself time outs quite often now...
I quit my waitress job and have been doing gig work lately. I'm so much happier being in charge of my own schedule.
I like the structure of a 9-5, it allows me to plan the rest of my time more freely!
More stable the schedule the better.
