Bringing different resume versions to a job fair?
I was planning to go to a local job fair this upcoming weekend. I know that you're supposed to bring a bunch of copies of your resume, but what if you have different versions of your resume for different companies / positions? Should a just bring a bunch of each version or is that a waste of paper?

Bring all versions. It's a great idea to have your resume tailored to the company or position you are wanting. Recruiters briefly look at resumes. If yours stands out by showcasing why you are the one for the job you will increase your odds of an interview.
Caveat. Don't dig through your stack in front of the recruiter and state "I'm looking for the correct version". Instant turnoff. Have the correct version ready as you walk up to their booth. Research who is going to be there and what they are hiring for so you can come prepared.
