If my best friend wanted to work at #Compass I would tell them
They do have great benefits, but their raises are very small. You get one every year, because we are union. The cost of living is so darn high here and continues to rise !

I would tell to find another company to work for, working for them I had no quality of life, the associates they hire have no experience and don't know how to do there jobs. Sr. Managers don't care about their employees and the Exe only care about the bottom line while working everyone till they burn out. worst company ever to work for.
