I have been in the food service for over 30 years have worked in everything from greasy spoon to fine dining 15 + years in corporate services but lately I have applied for jobs and non one wants to even look at my resume. I have heard that people who have never worked with me have repeated rumors about me ruining my chances of getting a job, I lost my CEC due to not being able to continue with my ce's because of financial shortages when do you get a fresh start with no rumors ??
