Termanition

Hi I was terminated from my job wrongful termination one day I had an accident at work and got hurt I went on leave for 2 months when I came back my district manager said we won’t be able to work with your restrictions, so she told me this is what you could do go back to the doctor and tell him you are okay now to work that your injury is gone so I told her no I’m not going to do that because I’m in so much pain, so a week later she tells me the company decided to terminate you... she did not give me a reason at all I never been in trouble had been with this company for 11 years and no coaching or write ups

A manager cannot tell you how to manipulate the doctors because as an employee you have rights such as workman comp. You also see an attorney not linked to job will take your case and win and most certainly you can yield a greater return. Your lawyer off course will take their cut after the case is finished. Find a lawyer and judging by your stament you disclosed you have a very Good .case .

Time to talk to an attorney since your employer is not a licensed physician to ask you to make such a statement.

File a wrongful termination lawsuit. You dont need a lawyer. A paralegal can help you or courthouse clerk. They do these things cuz they get away with it and feel noone will take tgem on. SURPRISE THEM and write a letter immediately to cover yourself and let them know you disagree with their decision. Put it in wrining now to cover yourself later on. Wrongful termination is against the law especially with workers comp involved

Ummm that doesn't sound right. You definitely should've been on FMLA since you were off for 2 months, it's good for 12 weeks(per year I'm thinking) I would call & try to get a free consult with an attorney if I were you.
