I was just fired from a job, for clocking in late. They have no documentation prior. The owner just called me and fired me. I was working out of town 4 and a half hours from home, and he told me to find my own way home. I only took this position because the company I was working for gave us a day and a half notice and shut the doors. I have been applying, and sending my resume out, but the only people who have responded are in sales. I have never been in sales, I really don't understand that portion of it. I do have a lot of experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving, and inventory control. I also have a forklift trainers certification. I just don't understand it.

Frank,
These might be worth you looking into, and if I were you I wouldn't even put that last job on my application being you weren't even there for any real time.
Its just a chapter in your past, don't close the book just turn the page!
Best of Success!

Sometimes when that happens you'll find a better company to work for who will appreciate you or even more, you'll discover something new about your own potential that may lead you towards workng for yourself. Overall, hope things begin to look up for you Frank.

Not sure what state you're in but here in Arizona it is at will state so you can be fired for a reason or no reason at all and there is nothing you can do about it. Sad really

Frank - If you are intent on staying with the warehousing, shipping/receiving and inventory control - then just keep looking. However, this may be a good opportunity for you to try something new and, apparently something that others are seeing in your resume along with giving you another skill set for your resume....if you don't like it, just turn the corner and head back home! Good luck to you!!!

Frank you try to apply through one of the temp companies with all your experience. A lot of those jobs go from temp to full hire. Good luck!

Just keep looking Frank, you should be able to find something with those qualifications, especially with a certification.

Keep pushing frank...you will be ok

Nestle Purina ....always need forklift drivers and warehouse logistics people.....
