Sitting in the dorm all the time or rover I would have loved it I didn't get written up all the time because I couldn't do 16 hour shift sometimes due to no sitter but they don't care. If you have the flu you better show up at work if not your written up..I dont see how people stay in corrections with the state over 20 years everyone always think they arw better than you and talk about Sgt and officers so complacent and act like the inmates won't hurt you. Being a female. And get told the dorm is all your and you nevwr see your Sgt again . I had to security checks with 150 inmates alone. But it paid the bills and kids had health insurance sadly I got hurt on the job and I was told to rest thw job told me nope either you quit or you show up. Really unemployment told me to rest and here I was given the ultimate to quit so I quit
