Welcome to anyone who wants to join. My own personal hurdle is something I have already named in my description of this group - I am a quiet person. But other people who have other hurdles are welcome. If you have had a record of misconduct but have been working to reform, if you have or have had a sickness or disability or have been caring for someone who has one/several, if you just weren't suited for your former work, despite your best efforts, all are welcome. Someone in another job case forum accused people who left a job of "always" blaming job losses on someone else. I know that isn't so in the majority of cases, and I give the benefit of the doubt to all those who want to join this discussion group.
