I am a restaurant manager of over 37 years of experience, wishing to translate my skills into another industry.

Throughout my career in restaurants, I have shown the ability to adapt, grow, and motivate myself and others to provide results required to be successful with existing and new businesses. I have recruited, trained, and placed individuals from a subordinate, as well as superior positions. I have successfully operated in a management capacity for numerous companies. I have participated in many restaurant startups and have been a part of management teams that hold company records for daily, weekly, and monthly sales, as well as EBITDA for a single financial period. I am task oriented, and a self-starter. I have the ability to communicate well with others. I can put others at ease, and make them eager to find a mutual connection in order to achieve common goals. I have the communication skills that promote team building, and responsibility in those under my supervision. Very early in my career, I participated as a company trainer responsible for the training of staff, and the successful grand openings of multiple new restaurants throughout the Midwest, and other areas. Restaurants under my supervision have been recognized for excellence in cleanliness, hospitality, and operations. I initiated a hospitality program that is still being used in many locations of a major fast food company today! I have been involved in many local organizations including the Lake Placid, NY Kiwanis Club, Clintonville Chamber of Commerce in Columbus, Ohio, and Board Member of the Whetstone Recreation Center in Clintonville.
