Set wrongful termination
I was working for 15 years for a school district and a short story I was set up and fired. The funny thing is they fired me for being unprofessional and gave me a 3 moth insurance package and paid leave for 3 weeks. I was set up by a secretary saying she had a knot in her neck and if I can massage it out which I made a mistake of doing. It was harmless and did it for 2 min. I get called in she said I went up to her with notice and rubbed her neck for 6 min and I had 4 witnesses bit her friend lied and said all she saw was me massaging her back. The other 2 witnesses said she asked me to. So I told HR is this sexual harassment they said no unprofessional at work. I was set up by the principal and I lost my job.

That's not the real reason what else is behind your termination?

This is sad all around... you can't trust your own coworkers.

HR didn't want to tell you it is. But that's sexual harassment regardless you shouldn't even do that knowing the work industry how it is today

I learned to give people advice when they say something wrong. I learned the hard way when I told my boss what another person said about him, so now I became the Mr. Advice Guy rather than the he said she said guy.

Stupid is, stupid does.

The bottom lone is that you made the choice to touch a coworker set up or not. And just to clarify what sexual harassment actually is: if the secretary is continually asking you to touch her then she is creating a hostile environment (making you uncomfortable) and then she would be in trouble. Harassment would be if you continually tried to touch her and she repeatedly said no.

Secretary and principal sleeping around.

Do not trust nobody.I think they said positive in your face behind your back they talk negative.People will lie on you.

Thats really sad to hear always remember never touch no one in your work place always keep it professional cuz people will always holler sexual harassment no matter if it's male or female there is a time and place for everything and massaging a person at work is the wrong place to do something like that just take it as a lesson learned I wouldn't say you was set up I would say that you made the wrong choice at the wrong time but i wish you well on your next job
Sorry to hear, Hopefully you will find something else.
