Hello Isaac, If you're going for jobs without the Associate, Bachelor, or beyond prerequisite then there are plenty of transferable skills you can carry into the workplace either from previous work or personal experiences. Communication skills - how well can you listen and understand what people are saying, can you get your point across verbally and written, are you able to determine when it’s appropriate time to speak or do you often find yourself speaking over others? If you find that you can manage these pretty well then you have ‘Effective Communication Skills’.
