Age Discrimination
Has anyone else ever noticed that on some job descriptions they all write pretty-much that they don't discriminate against then there's the list of things they do not discriminate against blah blah blah..well anyway my question is has anyone else ever noticed that "AGE" is sometimes NOT on their list? Does that mean that they legally don't have to hire someone that's over a certain age? Is that some kind is typo? Maybe I'm too detailed? Lol

Just because you’re older, doesn’t mean that you are unable to do the job. Plus you have more credibility and you know the value of showing up for work and completing the day.

No, it's true. Some jobs only want young people or only want old people. Don't know why, but it's the way things are.
