I recently moved to TN from Alabama where I was certified to teach. How do I certify in Memphis, TN and is there a demand for substitutes. Thank you.

Hi Donna Himes past teacher here! As you know your license will vary from state to state. You will need a new background check for sure and the rest is really up to what they require. I found their department of ed and some info for you. The best place to find answers is ALWAYS on that state's department of ed's page.
